WICKED WITCH has a long black Dress, a vinyl face Mask, a Witch Hat, a Broom, & a pair of black Shoes. 2) TIN MAN & DOROTHY w/TOTO: TIN MAN has silvery 2 piece Costume, a vinyl Mask, a pair of silvery Boots, an Axe, & an Oil Can.
